Where do you source your ingredients?

We strive to achieve the perfect balance of high-quality, natural food, devoid of artificial ingredients and processed sugars, all while upholding rigorous food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Our produce primarily comes from Ontario-based vendors, while our meat is locally sourced here in Guelph and undergoes USDA inspection and grading. All of our meats are free from fillers, chemical additives, and preservatives.

Here are some specifics:

  • Our beef is hormone-free and antibiotic-free, sourced from P.E.I's finest small family farms. The cattle are grass-fed and potato-fed, ensuring top-quality, sustainable meat for our dishes.
  • Our chicken is sourced from Ross & Ross, a trusted provider known for their dedication to organic, antibiotic-free practices. The chickens are grain-fed, ensuring high-quality meat. Additionally, their air-chilled process maintains freshness while meeting certified humane and halal standards.
  • Our turkey is sourced from St. Anne's, Ontario, where hormone-free practices are rigorously followed. The turkeys are grain-fed, ensuring excellent quality meat. Additionally, they undergo an air-chilled process, preserving freshness while meeting high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Our Atlantic Salmon and Pacific Cod are sourced with a commitment to antibiotic-free practices. The Atlantic Salmon is carefully raised without antibiotics, while our Pacific Cod is wild-caught, ensuring both quality and sustainability.
