How long do packages stay fresh after shipment?

Our packaging is designed to keep your meals cool for a full day of transit, and we even test them to ensure they can withstand the full two days required, with some extra time to spare.

Just a friendly heads up, it's completely normal if your gel packs arrive partially melted! Your meals should still be cool to the touch.
