Absolutely! Our entire facility is certified cGMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 compliant.

Here are some of our employee safety practices:

  • Wearing hairnets, gloves, face masks, protective coats, and aprons, along with appropriate clothing under uniforms to ensure full coverage of legs and shoulders.
  • Adhering to strict personal hygiene standards, including frequent hand washing.
  • Avoiding excessive use of perfumes, body sprays, or fragrant lotions.
  • Prohibiting eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum in the kitchen.
  • Restricting personal belongings, exposed piercings, jewelry, nail polish, acrylic nails, or false eyelashes.


Additionally, other safety practices include:

  • Regular washing and sanitizing of equipment, tools, and utensils every 45 to 90 minutes.
  • Thorough cleaning and sanitizing, along with the use of allergen swabs to prevent cross-contamination between cooking batches and ingredient changes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and using sanitizer spray frequently.
  • Ensuring foods are protected during washing and sanitizing processes.
  • Conducting deep cleans of the entire kitchen, including walls, every 24 hours.
